Enhancements
Accounting
- Previously client and retail agent recons required a strict “one-to-one“ or “one-to-many” selection when clearing accounts receivable line items. This feature provides a new security setting which allows “many-to-many” selections
- Changed the Posted Date From and To filter option on the Reconciliation summary screen to Date Booked From and To
- Under client Transaction screens, a button has been added to the “Transactional” view to toggle between invoice line-item detail or summarize by Invoice ID. This improves the readability of the screen when line-item detail is not needed
- A premium finance company may now be designated on a policy. An asterisk “*” symbol will show in selected policy views to flag the user that the policy is financed. The premium finance company will also show on selected reports
- Added the ability to export items selected from the Invoice - Agency Bill and Invoice - Direct Bill sections within Carrier Reconciliations
CRM
- Added the ability to change the description field on a Certificate after it has been posted
Document Management
- Added Client Assignment Level Retail Agent Name to field variables on Document Templates
Reports
- Added a GL Account lookup parameter to the GL Transaction Detail report
- Added a new Excel version of the Deposit Details report
- Added a Premium Finance Company column to the Aged Client Accounts Receivable Detail report. This can be seen on the output of the report when the Output Additional Columns filter is set to Yes
- Added Date Closed to the filter parameters and added Memo/Last Memo to the report filtering and output on the Actions report
- Added the Service Automation Settings/Subjects shown on the Retail Agent contact screen to the Retail Agent Contact Report. This can be seen on the output of the report when the Output Additional Columns filter is set to Yes
- Added a new Excel version of the Retail Agent Aged Accounts Receivable report

CRM
- Corrected an issue in which some policies would not show in history unless the sort fields were used
- Indented the Certificate Holder Name and Address on a printed certificate so it fits correctly in a standard #10 window envelope
